​Sexual Trauma can rob you of the one thing you desire MOST, and that is Connection.

In fact, it's the Primary Basic Human Need, beyond even food and water!!

Without it, you will "fail to thrive". ​

Ironically, the most painful echo of Sexual Trauma is that of wanting, yet fearing connection at the same time.

This is because the most intimate of boundaries was violated, and your Nervous System was put on Red-Coded High Alert!

It's like a day at the beach where the surf is dominated by dangerous rip currents, and you are being guided NOT to go in the water.
​
It's SURVIVAL and PROTECTION which can be helpful at times.
​
Yet you can't spend your life tucked away in "Snail-Shell" fashion, with no real forward movement.
​
In fact, those waters which represent your Nervous System's interaction with life, need to chill out, calm down and settle, because, LIFE, you were meant to jump in full-throttle with FULL Faith that it is SAFE to do so.

And so because you weren't meant to heal alone, I've been Divinely Guided to design this opportunity for you to access a community from week to week as you CHOOSE with no longterm commitment required!

I'm here to help take the pressure off your desire to connect and to help balance your Sacred Solitude with Sacred Shared Sisterhood.

This Women's Circle is about sharing, being witnessed and feeling a sense of belonging in a Safe Space.
​
My intent is to add a little light-heartiness into each circle as healing the depth of sexual trauma that you've experienced can get a little heavy at times.
​
(IE...I love to rhyme, and love transformational freestyle flows which can become affirmations.)

*Please ensure that your video is on when joining each session as this is an integral part of:
​
1. Allowing yourself to be seen, to become more visible and to Build your Inner Sense of Trust and Safety given the Intention of this Circle.

2. Increasing the level of Connection.​
